Job summary

IPS Eduhub invites applications for an MBA Lecturer to join our academic team in Meerut. The role targets faculty with passion for teaching and mentoring.

You will deliver lectures in core MBA subjects, develop lesson plans, mentor students, evaluate assessments, and participate in curriculum and research activities. Freshers with strong academics or 2-5+ years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM (Mandatory).
• Specialization in Marketing, Finance, HR, or Ops.
• Experience ranges: 0-2 yrs freshers; 2-5+ yrs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures in core MBA subjects (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics).
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment methods.
• Conduct case studies, presentations, and practical sessions.
• Mentor students for academic and career development.
• Evaluate student performance (tests, projects, viva, etc.).
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Support placement activities, internships, and industry interaction.
• Contribute to research, publications, and seminars.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Mandatory)

Experience

• 0-2 years (Faculty / Fresher with strong academic background)
• 2-5+ years (Preferred for experienced roles)
• Prior teaching or industry experience will be an advantage
