Job summary

Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd is seeking an experienced Maximo specialist in Hyderabad to lead APM/MAS based solutions, data migrations, and mobile app developments. The role requires 8–9 MAS certifications, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with global stakeholders.

The candidate will contribute to end-to-end implementations, customize Maximo Mobile applications, and support asset management processes for diverse clients, including cross-geography projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding/Experience of Maximo APM modules and preliminary understanding of the Maximo Application Suite, along with MAS 8 or MAS 9 certification.
• Convert and migrate data from Oracle/SQL Server databases to DB2 databases cumulatively.
• Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications.
• At least 1-2 full life cycle implementations in designing, implementing, implementing, and supporting business processes in a Maximo environment.
• Experience customizing IBM Maximo Mobile Role based applications and creating new Maximo Mobile applications to meet business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of Maximo APM and MAS to design and implement asset management processes.
• Migrate data across Oracle/SQL Server to DB2 databases as part of client projects.
• Engage with global stakeholders and adapt to multi-geography requirements (US focus preferred).
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills in client engagements.
• Develop and present Maximo Mobile solutions to meet business use cases.

Preferred Skills:

Experience customizing IBM Maximo Mobile Role based applications and creating new Maximo Mobile applications to meet business use cases.

Exposure to analytical and hypothesis driven problem-solving approach.

Ability to understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a clients business and asset management processes.

Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, effective communication.

Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence

Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholders.

The candidate is required to have a minimum of 8 or 9 MAS certifications.
