Job summary

Infobeans is seeking an experienced MAWM Configurator & Integration Specialist to design and implement Manhattan Active WM solutions in our Chennai-area engagements. The role involves configuring MAWM, building integrations with ERP and transport systems, and validating configurations to ensure accuracy and performance.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive post-go-live support while aligning with MAWM best practices

Qualifications

• Hands-on MAWM implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience in end-to-end WMS integrations and interfacing with external systems.
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, gap analysis, and defect resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze requirements and translate into MAWM configurations, workflows, and system setups.
• Develop and support integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/order management/transportation systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MAWM production and implementation issues.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform configuration validation and testing of MAWM implementations by other teams/partners.
• Identify functional and technical gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Work on MAWM reporting configuration/development and data validation.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure solutions follow Manhattan Active best practices and meet business processes.

MAWM Consultant Configurator & Integration Specialist

Job Description:

• Implement and configure Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into appropriate MAWM configurations, workflows, and system setups.
• Develop and support integrations between Manhattan WMS and external systems such as ERP, order management, transportation, and other warehouse applications.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MAWM-related production and implementation issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions.
• Perform configuration validation and testing of Manhattan solutions implemented by other teams/partners.
• Identify functional and technical gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend suitable solutions or improvements.
• Work on MAWM reporting, including report configuration/development and data validation as required.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure solutions follow Manhattan Active best practices and meet business process requirements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).
• Experience in MAWM configuration and customization.
• Good understanding of WMS integrations and interfacing with external systems.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, gap analysis, and defect resolution.
• Strong knowledge of MAWM Reporting.
• Good understanding of warehouse management processes such as inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role: MAWM Configurator & Integration Specialist
Experience: 5+ years preferred.
