Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in India is seeking a Materials Manager to run the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory control and vendor relationships.

You will plan materials, manage purchasing, and oversee contracted services to maintain cost efficiency and service quality across the hotel operation in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Material Manager or Purchasing Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the Materials Department in line with hotel policies and procedures.
• Plan and procure materials, including vendor development.
• Administer contracted services in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.

You will be responsible forthe efficient runningofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.
