Job summary

Altraize is seeking a Global Materials Compliance support professional to administer IMDS and CDX datasets, coordinate with R&D, Operations, Sales, and SCM, and maintain a Unified Global Materials Management & Compliance Platform. You will work with suppliers and customers worldwide to address material compliance issues and ensure accurate declarations.

Role focuses on data creation, status evaluation, and cross-functional communication to uphold regulatory adherence and supply chain integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience administering IMDS-/CDX- databases.
• Ability to create IMDS/CDX datasets about materials, components and parts and propose these to customers when requested.
• Strong global interaction with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Operations, Sales and SCM regarding content-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Support global administration and management on IMDS for automotive customers, CDX for non-automotive customers, and set up a Unified Global Materials Management & Compliance Platform.
• Administer and maintain our activities on the IMDS- & CDX-Database.
• Create IMDS-/CDX-Datasets about materials, components and parts and propose these to our customers if requested.
• Excerpt and evaluate the current status of compliance of the relevant materials & parts to be enabled to declare compliance to our customers.
• Strong global interaction with internal stakeholders like R&D, Operations, Sales and Supply Chain Management regarding content-related questions.
• Communicate with external stakeholders like suppliers and customers globally, about issues of material compliance.
