Job summary

Altraize is seeking a dedicated specialist to support our global administration and management of IMDS and CDX activities. You will create datasets, assess compliance statuses, and maintain datasets for customer declarations across regions.

You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Sales and SCM to resolve content-related questions and communicate with suppliers and customers on compliance issues. The role focuses on materials, compliance, and IMDS, with a global scope and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience handling IMDS or CDX data is beneficial.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across functions (R&D, Operations, Sales, SCM).
• Strong understanding of material compliance concepts and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Create IMDS/CDX datasets about materials, components and parts and propose these to customers when requested.
• Administer and maintain activities on the IMDS- and CDX-database.
• Extract and evaluate the current compliance status of materials and parts for customer declarations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Sales, SCM) on content-related questions and ensure alignment.
• Communicate with external stakeholders like suppliers and customers globally regarding material compliance issues.

• setup a Unified Global Materials Management & Compliance Platform

Administer and maintain our activities on the IMDS- & CDX-Database

• Create IMDS-/CDX-Datasets about materials, components and parts and propose these to our customers if requested.

Excerpt and evaluate the current status of compliance of the relevant materials & parts to be enabled to declare compliance to our customers.

• Strong global interaction with internal stakeholders like R&D, Operations, Sales and Supply Chain Management (SCM) regarding content-related questions.

• Communicate with external stakeholders like suppliers and customers globally, about issues of material compliance.
