The Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Foundation (JCF) promotes practice-oriented education and professional competence. As a knowledge partner of an Indian skill development university, it supports the institution in accordance with the principles of the Swiss dual education system.

With DualEdu Bridge India , the Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Foundation (JCF) aims to establish a sustainable vocational training system in India modeled after the Swiss system. In close collaboration with Swiss experts and instructors, the BSDU University of Applied Sciences offers practical, labor‑market‑oriented training programs and continuously refines its educational offerings.

As part of the development of our “Bachelor of Hotel Management” program, we are looking for a dedicated, flexible, reliable, and open‑minded individual for the following exciting position:

Master Trainer — Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management

Part‑time (80–90%)

Your profile

• A college degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the hotel, hospitality, or education sectors
• Experience in training, mentoring, and developing employees or teachers
• Strong communication, coaching, and consulting skills
• Very good German and English language skills (at least B2 level)
• Intercultural openness, a high degree of personal responsibility, and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to undertake assignments lasting several months in India
• Providing technical and pedagogical support to the school administration in establishing and further developing the Bachelor’s degree program in Hotel Management
• Training, coaching, and mentoring of teachers, as well as support in conducting theoretical and practical instruction
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of training, as well as implementing the BSDU framework plan
• Promoting cooperation with partner businesses in the hospitality and tourism industries
• Regular reporting to supervisors
