Job summary

Wonderla Holidays Ltd. seeks a Master Data Management Specialist to own and govern master data across POS, ERP, and online/third-party platforms. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliable mappings for products, pricing, promotions, and services.

Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, F&B, HR, and external partners, you will drive data quality through audits, validation, and change-management, enabling smooth operations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, preferably in Retail or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data cleansing, data transformation, and data consolidation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, synchronization, compliance, and change management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A process-oriented and detail-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end master data creation, maintenance, cleansing, validation, and governance across POS and ERP systems.
• Handle product hierarchy, categories, pricing, tax configuration, seasonal pricing, promotions, combos, tickets, packages, and services.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and synchronization across POS, ERP and third-party platforms such as BookMyShow, Zomato District, etc.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, F&B, HR, Warehouse, and external partners for master data requirements.
• Manage inventory-related master data including barcodes, product lots, stock movement, and reconciliation.
• Conduct regular data audits, matching, merging, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality.
• Develop and implement data governance standards, processes, controls, and change-management practices.
• Troubleshoot data quality and mapping issues and provide user support/training.
