Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Spa Therapist to act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, providing high-quality spa treatments in a luxury hotel environment and creating a relaxing experience for all guests. This is an operational role with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays in line with spa and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Performing massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with established standards and guest expectations
• Delivering all treatments based on current licensure and professional guidelines
• Assessing guest needs and identifying any contraindications prior to treatments
• Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and universal precautions
• Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, tools, and equipment daily
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and understanding ingredients and their benefits
• Recommending retail products and home care routines to guests
• Promoting additional treatments and spa services when appropriate
• Starting and finishing treatments on time, respecting scheduled appointments
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared according to spa standards
• Recording client preferences, treatment notes, and maintaining guest history cards
• Informing management of product needs and stock shortages
• Attending team meetings and scheduled training sessions
• Reporting any incidents or guest concerns to management promptly
• Supporting overall spa operations and completing assigned side duties
