Job summary

RSM in India is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE professional for MAS, focusing on designing and deploying D365 CE solutions and keeping environments healthy. You will lead a team, engage with clients, and implement CRM capabilities across Sales, Service, and Marketing.

The role requires a strong background in .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and integration with Microsoft products. Night and weekend support may be required to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power Platform.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technical resources.
• Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service/ Field Service.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for CRM extensions.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP).
• Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for custom plugins/workflows.
• Understanding of web services and APIs for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.

In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices including:

• Maintaining Dynamics 365 environments
• Business solutions and operations best practices
• Consulting process, tools and methodologies
• Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies

This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team. This position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and will require some night and weekend work.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technical resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field Service
• Proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending CRM functionalities
• Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)
• Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for building custom plugins or workflows
