Job summary

Sellability, a real estate consulting and advisory firm, is seeking a MarTech professional to bridge marketing and technology. You will manage CRM, automation, lead management, and analytics, and drive campaigns across channels from Baner, Pune to optimize engagement.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business teams; build dashboards, data-driven insights, and scalable automation. Prior experience in real estate is mandatory, with 2–5 years in MarTech or Digital Marketing.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing.
• Candidates with experience implementing or managing CRM/automation systems will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM, marketing automation, lead management, and analytics platforms.
• Develop and implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
• Integrate and manage marketing tools across CRM, WhatsApp, email, website, and other digital channels.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, lead sources, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data and ensure effective lead segmentation.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable marketing and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through technology, automation, and AI tools.
• Coordinate with external technology vendors/agencies wherever required.
• Ensure proper implementation, adoption, and utilization of marketing technology across teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for a MarTech professional who can bridge marketing and technology to improve lead generation, customer engagement, campaign performance, and marketing automation. The role will involve managing marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, data, and digital campaigns.

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office.
