Job Overview:
As a CXM Analytics Manager at Tredence, you will lead the analysis and interpretation of customer experience management data to drive actionable insights for retail clients. Success in this role means transforming complex customer data into strategic recommendations that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring analytics solutions support business objectives and accelerate last mile adoption. This role plays a critical part in enhancing Tredence's reputation as a leader in data-driven retail customer experience solutions.
What will your role look like?
- Lead end-to-end CXM analytics projects, leveraging clickstream, customer, and marketing data to generate insights that improve customer journey and business KPIs.
- Design and implement advanced data models and visualizations using SQL, Python/R, Power BI, and Tableau to uncover trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Collaborate with digital teams to integrate Google and Adobe analytics tools for real-time performance tracking and customer behavior analysis.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), including univariate and multivariate analysis, to identify customer segments, predict churn, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Apply basic machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering to enhance customer targeting and personalization strategies.
- Manage customer data platforms (CDPs) like Tealium, Salesforce Customer 360, or Hightouch to unify and enrich customer profiles for analytics and activation.
- Use statistical methods including hypothesis testing, similarity tests, and ANOVA to validate insights and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for CXM analytics and data storytelling.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through compelling presentations that drive business adoption.
You will need:
- Hold a BE/BTech degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics.
- Possess 7-12 years of work experience in customer analytics, preferably within the retail domain.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in SQL and Python or R for robust data analysis and modeling.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create impactful, user-friendly dashboards.
- Have hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Understand fundamental machine learning concepts and techniques applicable to customer segmentation and prediction.
- Apply solid statistical knowledge and techniques including hypothesis testing and ANOVA to derive meaningful insights.
- Be proficient with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Tealium, Salesforce Customer 360, and Hightouch to integrate and manage customer data.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with marketing analytics frameworks and attribution modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering concepts to optimize data workflows.
- Exposure to advanced machine learning frameworks beyond basics (e.g., deep learning or NLP).
- Certification in analytics, data science, or digital marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
