Job summary

Cava Athleisure in Bengaluru is seeking a Marketplace Executive to own our Amazon presence end to end. This hands-on role focuses on listings, content, performance, and maintaining healthy account operations to drive sales growth.

You will optimize product pages, manage PPC campaigns, coordinate with supply chain for stock visibility, and generate weekly reports. Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central and data analysis will help you spot trends and prevent SLA misses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing an Amazon seller or vendor account.
• Strong working knowledge of Seller Central and related ops.
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC campaigns and reporting.
• Comfortable with data in Excel/Sheets and pulling reports.
• Detail-oriented; catalogue accuracy impacts costs and SLA performance.
• Proactive communicator who flags issues early.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Amazon listings and content management – titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and catalogue hygiene.
• Monitor account health – SLAs, order defect rate, late shipment rate, cancellations.
• Own sales performance on Amazon – track numbers, identify dips, act on them.
• Coordinate with supply chain to reflect stock levels accurately.
• Run and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) – keyword targeting and bidding.
• Handle seller central operations – case management and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for A+ content and brand store assets.
• Monitor competitors’ listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare weekly performance reports – sales, traffic, conversions, returns, ad spend.

Cava Athleisure is a fast-growing D2C activewear brand based in Bangalore, post Series A. We sell across online and offline channels and are building a strong marketplace presence to complement our D2C business.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketplace Executive to own our Amazon presence end to end - from listings and content to performance, SLAs, and sales growth. This is a hands‑on execution role where you'll be the person responsible for making sure Cava shows up right, sells well, and operates cleanly on the platform.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end product listing management - titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes, and catalogue hygiene
• Monitor and maintain account health - SLAs, order defect rate, late shipment rate, cancellation rate
• Own sales performance on Amazon - track daily/weekly numbers, identify dips, flag and act on them
• Manage inventory visibility - coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock levels are reflected accurately
• Run and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) - keyword targeting, bid management, ACoS tracking
• Handle seller central operations - case management, policy compliance, dispute resolution
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for A+ content, brand store updates, and campaign assets
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotions - flag opportunities and threats
• Prepare weekly performance reports - sales, traffic, conversion, returns, and ad spend

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands‑on experience managing an Amazon seller or vendor account
• Strong working knowledge of Seller Central - listings, account health, FBA/FBF operations
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC - campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
• Comfortable with data - Excel or Google Sheets, pulling reports, spotting trends
• Detail‑oriented - catalogue errors and SLA misses cost money, and you know that
• Proactive communicator - you flag problems before they become escalations
