Will drive the marketing agenda for Neos Wealth Management business across the Multi‑Family Office, UHNI and HNI segments. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will translate business priorities into focused marketing plans, campaigns, propositions and client engagement programmes. The role will work closely with Wealth leadership, product teams, regional teams and Relationship Managers, while drawing on the specialist capabilities of Brand, Corporate Communications, Client Experience, Events and Marketing Intelligence.
The role requires strong commercial judgement, deep client orientation and the ability to deliver high quality marketing in a complex, relationship‑led business.
1012 years of marketing experience in wealth management, private banking, financial services or a premium, relationship‑led business.Proven experience across product marketing, client engagement, campaign management and sales enablement.Ability to translate business priorities into focused marketing plans with clear commercial outcomes and measurable impact.Strong commercial judgement, client orientation, analytical ability and execution discipline.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to influence and deliver across teams.Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on ownership in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements governing financial‑services marketing and client communications. .
