Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate & Property Management

About Us:

We are a growing real estate and property management brand based in Windsor, Ontario, operating under “North.” We manage over 100 rental units and also run an active realtor business. With an expanding workload, we’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support both our property management and real estate services across digital platforms.

Location: Remote (India-based preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Social Media
  • Post content daily on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create marketing materials (ads, reels, posts, flyers) using Canva or CapCut
  • Manage Facebook Marketplace rental ads and respond to inquiries
  • Track the performance of posts and suggest improvements
• Real Estate Promotion
  • Market listings for sale and lease
  • Support property highlight videos and branding posts
  • Coordinate real estate campaigns and help plan video shoots remotely
• Property Management Support
  • Upload and manage rental listings
  • Share weekly insights on views, messages, and leads
  • Recommend rent adjustments based on data
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the admin manager and virtual assistant
  • Keep marketing files organized and content calendars up to date
  • Communicate consistently with the owner for task approvals

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in digital or social media marketing
• Canva and basic video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable working independently and remotely

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Real estate or rental marketing background
• Familiarity with Ontario or Canadian housing markets
