• 3+ years in marketing project management or comparable coordination role.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Coordinate campaigns across content, design, and paid media teams.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, tasks, priorities, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Coordinate campaign launches ensuring assets, approvals, and deliverables are complete on time.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership highlighting progress, risks, and actions.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining visibility into deadlines and ownership.
• Take independent ownership of project execution with proactive issue resolution.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Project Manager based in India.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Project Manager to coordinate campaigns and marketing initiatives from initial planning through successful delivery. In this fully remote role, you will work across content, design, paid media, and other marketing functions to keep projects organized, priorities clear, and deadlines on track. You will take ownership of project execution, proactively identify bottlenecks, and ensure that teams have the direction and support needed to deliver high-quality work. Using project management tools and effective communication, you will maintain visibility into progress and keep stakeholders aligned. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning marketing plans into measurable business outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based business operators and contribute to growing marketing operations.

Accountabilities

• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines, priorities, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across content, design, paid media, and other relevant teams.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, task assignments, priorities, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Manage project boards and workflows using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or comparable project management platforms.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers before they affect delivery.
• Coordinate campaign launches and ensure all required assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to maintain accountability and ensure commitments are met.
• Provide clear, timely project updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into deadlines, ownership, and changing priorities.
• Take independent ownership of project execution, anticipating next steps and addressing issues without requiring constant supervision.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management or a comparable project coordination role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working with marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and the coordination required to deliver campaigns successfully.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain accurate project tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, initiative, and consistent follow-through.
• A professional home office setup and reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to submit an introductory video as part of the recruitment process.

Benefits

• Fully remote, work-from-home arrangement.
• Full-time position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, aligned with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones.
• Monthly compensation of $1,250 USD during the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500 USD per month thereafter.
