Job summary

About the internship:

BENGALURU APPLICANTS ONLY: This internship is managed remotely, with mandatory in-person caf and college visits within Bengaluru. This is not a fully work-from-home role.

Help grow Mini us, an iPhone app that lets partners share moods and messages through personalized mini characters and home screen widgets. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, connecting with student communities, and bringing creative marketing ideas to life.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit cafes, colleges and relevant community spaces in Bengaluru to introduce Mini us and demonstrate how it works.
2. Speak with prospective users, answer basic questions and encourage genuine app trials and sign-ups.
3. Collect user feedback and keep a simple record of visits, conversations and campaign results.
4. Contribute ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories and posts; depending on your interests, help shoot and edit short videos and write captions.
5. Work with the team to test outreach and content ideas and improve campaigns.

Stipend: INR 20,000 per month.

Duration: 1 month, with a possible extension based on performance.

Other Requirements:

1. Must currently be based in Bengaluru and available for in-person cafe and college visits in the city. Candidates outside Bengaluru will not be considered for this role.
2. Currently in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of college, or graduated within the last two years.
3. Confident starting conversations, explaining an app clearly and following through on assigned activities.
4. Interest in student communities, marketing, social media or content creation. Previous internship experience is not required.
5. For applicants interested in content: familiarity with shooting short videos on a phone and basic editing is helpful; existing content samples are welcome.
6. Women candidates interested in hands-on marketing and content creation are encouraged to apply.
