Job summary

Road Line Delivery Services L.L.C is seeking a seasoned content creator and videographer to own all India recruitment branding and UAE client-facing visuals. You will shoot, edit, and publish across multiple social platforms, telling rider stories and client showcases with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.

The role requires a portfolio, camera skills, and sharp editing, with fluency in English and Hindi and 3+ years creating content for brands or agencies.

Qualifications

• Showreel and photo work required with your application.
• Confident shooting photo and video: composition, lighting, movement, sound.
• Proficient editing across video and stills for social channels.
• Understanding hooks, trends, Reels and Shorts for engagement.
• Ability to go from idea to finished asset with minimal guidance.
• Fluent English and Hindi; 3+ years creating content for brands or agencies.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and drone photography with permissions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook for India recruitment and UAE client-facing brands.
• Create rider stories, day-in-the-life films, office and field shoots, client reels, event coverage.
• Develop recruitment campaigns to attract quality rider applications in India.
• Maintain one RoadLine look and voice across all channels and materials.
• Monitor performance: reach, engagement, applications, leads, and optimize.

Road Line Delivery Services L.L.C is a UAE delivery workforce company: 1,000+ riders and a growing four-wheel fleet delivering for the biggest food and e-commerce platforms across Dubai, Sharjah and the Emirates. Road Line Immigration Consultants is our company in India, running recruitment and operations from Kurukshetra and Amritsar. Riders, bikes, two countries, thousands of daily deliveries - there is no shortage of stories to tell. Your job is to tell them brilliantly.

What you'll own

• Content, end to end. Plan the calendar, shoot, edit and publish across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook - for both our India recruitment brand and our UAE client-facing brand.
• Photography & video. Rider stories, day-in-the-life films, office and field shoots, client showcase reels, event coverage. You shoot it, you cut it, you ship it.
• Recruitment campaigns. Creative that brings quality rider applications through the door in India - and makes candidates trust us before they walk in.
• Brand consistency. One RoadLine look and voice across the website, social channels, ads, print and office materials.
• Performance. Watch what works - reach, engagement, applications, leads - and double down on it.

What you must bring

• A portfolio that stops us scrolling. Showreel and photo work required with your application - it matters more than your CV.
• Serious camera skills. Confident shooting photo and video: composition, lighting, movement, sound.
• Sharp editing. Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut, plus Photoshop or Lightroom for stills.
• Social-native instincts. You understand hooks, trends, Reels and Shorts - and what makes people stop, watch and share.
• Creative thinking. You go from idea to finished asset without hand-holding, and you pitch ideas we didn't ask for.
• Language & experience. Fluent English and Hindi; [3+] years creating content for a brand, agency or your own channel that grew.
• Motion graphics / After Effects
• Drone photography (with valid registration and permissions)
• Running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Design tools - Canva, Figma or Illustrator
• Experience in logistics, mobility or recruitment marketing
