Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote diagnostic and laboratory services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, physicians, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase patient referrals through field marketing and business development activities.
• Identify potential clients, referral partners, and new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare establishments.
• Promote diagnostic services, including pathology tests, health packages, and other laboratory services.
• Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and marketing targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on field visits, lead generation, business development activities, and sales performance.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with doctors and hospitals, increasing diagnostic service referrals, and expanding the company's market presence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working with diagnostic centres, pathology labs, radiology centres, hospital chains, or healthcare service providers will be preferred. Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant healthcare or diagnostic marketing experience are not the target profile for this position.
