Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, businesses and other potential clients.

• Maintain daily field visit records, lead databases and follow-up reports.

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development or a similar role.
• Graduate in any discipline; marketing or business-related qualifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confidence in conducting face-to-face client meetings.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business development.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media services.
• Self-motivated, organized and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and reporting.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, B2B sales or advertising agency business development.
