Role Description :

We are looking for a self-driven and versatile Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company's marketing function and help build our brand from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across digital marketing, content, market research, AI-driven initiatives, and commercial partnerships. As part of a growing startup, you'll have the opportunity to experiment with ideas, explore new opportunities, and contribute directly to brand growth and business development.

What You’ll Own :

• Organise, manage, and analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use advanced Excel and Microsoft data analytics tools to prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends, business opportunities, and market developments.
• Support day-to-day business operations, track key metrics, maintain records, and help streamline internal processes.
• Maintain accurate databases, validate data, and assist with data management and reporting to support business decisions.Manage the company's presence across all relevant social media platforms, including content planning, creation, publishing, and engagement.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and content strategies to improve visibility and reach the right audience.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and identify industry trends, potential partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Explore and leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, content creation, research, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency.
• Support commercial partnerships, industry networking, and initiatives that generate business leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Track marketing performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously identify ways to improve brand awareness and business outcomes.

What You Bring :

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social media, content creation, digital marketing, and market research.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools and exploring new technologies to improve productivity and execution.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn quickly, experiment with new approaches, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have :

• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, content creation tools, and digital analytics.
