Job summary

Nubo is a Delhi food and beverage brand seeking a Marketing Manager to own all marketing functions, reporting to the founders. You will craft content, drive retention programs, manage customer touchpoints, and lead budgeted campaigns across channels. Strong emphasis on CAC/ROI and B2B/event marketing will be required.

We offer direct collaboration with the founders, access to a live marketing dashboard, and room to test and learn with a 1% commission on recurring B2B orders you source.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand, growth or lifecycle marketing, ideally consumer F&B, café, QSR or D2C.
• Campaign planning experience and budget management.
• Fluent in data dashboards and metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own content calendar and social posts (14-day forward calendar, 12–16 posts/month including 8+ reels).
• Manage retention campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and email with loyalty metrics.
• Handle customer interactions and weekly insight digest across channels.
• Lead campaigns with briefs, budgets, CAC and ROI by channel.
• Oversee B2B and events, brand consistency across stores.
• Monthly brand audits at outlets.

Nubo is a Delhi food and beverage brand built on one idea: 1% Better Every Day. Two outlets, a loyalty programme, WhatsApp and app ordering, and a growing B2B business in corporate orders and events. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own all of marketing, reporting directly to the founders.

This is not a "post on Instagram" job.

Your job is to make more people discover nubo, choose nubo, love nubo, and come back.

What you'll own

• Content: a 14-day forward calendar, 12–16 posts a month including 8+ reels, stories five days a week, 10 creator outreaches a week.
• Retention: lifecycle journeys on WhatsApp, SMS and email, loyalty health, and repeat rate - every campaign measured against a holdout.
• Customers: DMs, comments, reviews and support handovers on every channel ; a weekly customer-insight digest.
• Campaigns and budget: complete briefs, costed sales-driving campaigns, a monthly marketing budget, weekly pacing, and honest CAC and ROI by channel.
• B2B and events
• Brand and stores: every touchpoint on-brand, launches locked 14 days ahead, monthly audit at both outlets

You

• 5+ years in brand, growth or lifecycle marketing, ideally consumer F&B, café, QSR or D2C.
• Can plan campaigns
• Comfortable with cohorts, holdouts, CAC and budgets; you read a dashboard daily.
• Relentless follow-through on outreach - creators, partners, corporate clients.

Nice to have

• Meta and Google Ads operating experience.
• Event or activation execution with cost and lead postmortems.
• Loyalty programme or stamp/points mechanics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for drafting, analysis and ad operations.
