Zeko builds AI agents for hiring and talent evaluation. Our core product, Avya , runs structured L1 interviews end to end — a real conversation with an AI avatar that adapts its follow-up questions to what the candidate actually says, then produces a scored, evidence-backed report a recruiter can act on in under three minutes.
Around that sits a full stack: resume and recruiter screening, voice-based candidate engagement, post-offer follow-up, L2 panel scheduling, proctored assessments, job validation, and AskAvya — a layer that lets a hiring manager interrogate a candidate report in plain language.

The role
We want Zeko AI to be the company others in this category are measured against. This role owns how that happens: the story we tell, where we tell it, how consistently we tell it, and whether the market notices.
You will work directly with the founders, lead a small team, and manage our agency partners. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write briefs, edit content, sit in the edit for a launch film and run the weekly plan yourself.
What you will own
- Narrative and positioning: turn the founders' point of view into a messaging system that every channel, deck and page follows.
- Flagship campaigns: plan and deliver a small number of high-impact assets each year, such as a company story film, a launch campaign or a research report.
- LinkedIn presence: build a programme across company, founder and team voices that reads as a category leader, with recurring formats and a consistent visual identity.
- Podcast and video: set the editorial direction for our podcast and short-form founder video.
- Executive events: design and run a recurring executive roundtable, webinars and speaking opportunities for senior HR and business leaders.
- Insight-led content: turn product and market data into credible, sourced research the category cites.
- Media and marketing partnerships: build relationships with media, communities, event organisers and award programmes.
- Sales enablement: make sure the sales team has the stories, case studies and materials it needs, on message.
- Website and search visibility: own the site roadmap and our visibility in search and AI-generated answers, working with agency partners.
- Planning and measurement: run a quarterly plan, a weekly operating rhythm, a monthly brand scorecard and the marketing budget.
- Team leadership: direct, edit and develop a content lead and a marketing operations lead.
What success looks like in your first six months

- Led at least one brand programme or flagship campaign end to end, and can show the work.
- Managed people, agencies or both.
- Run a marketing calendar with real deadlines, and can show the plans you built.
- Strong writing and editing judgment, with a clear sense of what looks credible to a senior executive.
- A habit of measuring brand by audience quality and business effect, not volume.
- AI tools built into how you research, draft, edit and report.
- Comfort working closely with founders, including disagreeing with evidence.
