Responsibilities

• Post and schedule content across X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Respond to people in comments, replies, DMs, and community threads quickly and with warmth.
• Reply to community and support emails and messages, keeping response times short and on-brand.
• Track engagement, response times, top posts, and recurring questions; share a weekly summary.
• Spot trends early and turn them into posts before they peak.
• Edit short videos and Reels, and shoot your own content when it helps the story.
• Use Emergent and AI tools to make all of the above faster, and build small automations.
• Pick problems no one assigned you and fix things no one noticed.

The Role:
We are hiring Social Media Interns to join the marketing team in Bengaluru, working with the Head of Marketing. You will run the day-to-day engine behind our social presence: posting, replying, and keeping every channel alive. Our audience is huge and talks to us all day, in comments, mentions, and inboxes. You will be the one who answers, fast and in our voice. This is an internship, but we hire interns who could be on the full-time team. Several interns will join this cohort.

What You’ll Do:

• Post and schedule content across X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, adapting format and tone to each platform
• Respond to people in comments, replies, DMs, and community threads across platforms, quickly and with warmth. Flag product issues and standout builders and use cases to the team
• Reply to community and support emails and messages, keeping response times short and the tone on-brand
• Track what works: engagement, response times, top posts, and recurring questions. Share a short weekly summary
• Spot trends early and turn them into posts before they peak
• Edit short videos and Reels, and shoot your own content when it helps the story (a plus, not a must)
• Use Emergent and AI tools to make all of the above faster, and build small automations where you can
• Pick problems no one assigned you and fix things no one noticed were broken

Who You Are:

• Online a lot, and good at it. You know the culture of X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, and which trends are about to break
• A clear, quick writer who can match a community’s tone in a reply, a caption, or an email
• Reliable on responses. You are the person who keeps answering, including late evenings when a thread is moving
• You have run something of your own: a page, a channel, a newsletter, a Discord, or a side project. Links welcome
• Organised. You keep trackers and content calendars current without being chased
• AI tools are already part of how you work. If agentic AI is not in your daily routine, this is not the right fit
• Taste. You can tell boring from good and say so
• Currently a student or recent graduate, available for a full internship

Good to Have:

• Strong video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• A self-run Instagram page where you shoot and edit your own content

What You’ll Use:
X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Google Sheets and Docs, Slack, Notion, and CapCut or Canva for creative work. You should know these already or pick them up in week one.
