Job summary

Srmap in Bengaluru, India, seeks a content designer/writer to craft web pages, FAQs, and AI-assisted explainers for fintech and technology audiences. You will research trends, track AI visibility, and contribute to social media content with Canva/AI tools. A portfolio showcasing writing, design, and campaigns is essential.

You will collaborate with teams to publish posts, analyze performance, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports. Prior experience with AI tools and an eye for design is preferred.

• Participate in social media content planning and pitch post ideas for campaigns.
• Create social media posts using AI tools for design and copy, including launch posts and custom visuals.
• Collaborate with the social media team to schedule and publish posts.
• Monitor post performance and report on effectiveness.
• Build target lists for campaigns and maintain performance tracking reports.
• Prepare reports for monthly and quarterly team reviews.
• Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva AI daily for writing, design, and research.
• Create reusable AI prompts and templates for team use.
• Review and correct AI-generated content before publication.

About You

The company is looking for:

• A portfolio with links to written, designed, or built work, including college projects or personal work.
• An eye for design and experience with Canva or Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in your work, with examples to demonstrate.
