Job summary

Smart Joules in New Delhi is offering a Design & Marketing Internship with immediate start and a duration of 3–6 months (extendable based on performance). You will work on presentation design, emailers, social media creatives, and visual storytelling to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Students/recent graduates in Design, Communication, Marketing, or Multimedia.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of animation/video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layouts, and typography.
• Ability to work fast, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with curiosity to learn and a passion for sustainability and climate-positive communication.

Responsibilities

• Presentation Design: Create engaging, on-brand decks for clients, investors, and internal teams.
• Digital Communication: Support in designing emailers, newsletters, and social media creatives aligned with our brand guidelines .
• Visual Storytelling: Develop layouts, infographics, and animations to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Image & Video Editing: Assist in image correction, formatting, and preparing visual content for campaigns.
• Content Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across collaterals, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Brand Consistency: Apply Smart Joules’ color palette, typography, iconography, and tone of voice across all materials.
