The following responsibilities describe the Marketing Executive role at Sangini Group.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Assist in implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's properties, services, and brand.
  • Conduct market research, identify target audiences, and define key messages and value propositions.
  • Assist in executing the monthly social media plan for the brand and projects on a monthly basis.
  • Proficiency in English. Must have maturity and sense for content usage & current market language of understanding (Understand the target audience).
  • Manage engaging and compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, events and social media posts.
  • Ensure the content is accurate, informative, and tailored to the target audience.
  • Work closely with the teams for inputs related to design & development, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Co-ordinate and follow-up with the agencies on regular basis for content creation in timely manner and ensure that particular work is completed in given period of time.
  • Keep photo/video documentation of all events and installations for record-keeping and post-campaign analysis.
  • Comply with internal approval workflows before release of creatives or campaign execution.
  • Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO and social media marketing.
  • Manage all social media accounts including login credentials, timely postings and analysis of postings for all projects & brand.
  • Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and optimize digital marketing activities for maximum effectiveness.
• Brand Management:
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand image and reputation.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis with the point of understanding design & content to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use data and insights to inform marketing strategies, refine target audience segmentation, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Study and give suggestions with regards to how we can do better and what our competitors are doing differently on timely basis.
• Collateral and Promotional Material Designing & Development:
  • Shoot live reels during the events.
  • Design basic collaterals through online available software such as Canva.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including property brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional videos.
  • Content creation & coordinate with legal/compliance teams to get necessary approvals for hoardings, events, or public advertising in accordance to RERA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality materials that effectively showcase the company's properties and services.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and prepare the marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and other relevant metrics reports.
  • Generate regular reports to evaluate the customer response and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist and coordinate in marketing events such as property launches, open houses, trade shows, and conferences, including managing logistics and vendor coordination.
