LocationIndoreLocation TypeIn-Office**Job Title**: Marketing Executive.**Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.**Employment Type:** Full-Time, On Site.**Experience Level:** Mid-Level (1–3 years).**Role Overview**We are seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist to take ownership of our branding, storytelling, and content strategy. In this role, you’ll create compelling content, manage brand visibility, and run marketing campaigns that bring our voice to life across digital platforms.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement branding-driven marketing strategies to enhance visibility in the Web3 space.* Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, campaign copies).* Build and manage Ancilar’s brand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and content opportunities.* Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, devs) to align marketing with business objectives.* Measure and analyze content/marketing performance; suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.* Assist in organizing community-driven events, product launches, and campaigns.* Ensure brand consistency across all channels.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* 1–3 years of experience in content marketing / branding / digital marketing, ideally in tech or Web3/IT services.* Strong content writing & storytelling skills (English proficiency required).* Hands-on experience with social media management tools, SEO basics, and analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.* Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and audience engagement.**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)*** Exposure to Web3, Blockchain, or Crypto marketing.* Experience with design/branding tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).* Knowledge of basic front-end elements (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not mandatory.**What We Offer*** A collaborative, startup-driven environment where your ideas directly shape the brand.* Opportunities to grow in the Web3 space and build a strong portfolio.* Competitive salary and performance-based growth.* Work with a passionate team at the forefront of blockchain innovation.
