Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will support the execution of marketing activities with a key focus on:
- Events coordination
- Database standardisation.
The role will work closely with internal stakeholders across campus to gather content, provide timely support for marketing initiatives, and ensure high-quality data management for improved campaign efficiency.
The role holder will coordinate University of Southampton Delhi’s internal and external events, support production of content from campus visits and meetings, and maintain accurate, standardised databases to enable effective outreach and reporting. They will also collaborate with the recruitment, outreach, and admissions teams to ensure marketing deliverables enhance student engagement and organisational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Events Coordination
- Lead planning, logistics, and execution of internal and external events.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure branding, communication, and event operations meet University standards.
- Maintain event calendars and post-event reports.
2. Content Development
- Capture and curate content from internal campus visits, meetings, and activities.
- Develop written and visual content for marketing assets.
- Ensure timely uploads and approvals of content for campaigns and social media.
3. Database Standardisation & Uploads
- Maintain accurate and standardised data formats across marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Upload new records promptly and ensure data integrity for reporting and segmentation.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including recruitment, outreach, and admissions, to ensure alignment of marketing outputs.
- Provide support for student-facing initiatives where needed.
5. Reporting & Administrative Support
- Support reporting on event outcomes, content pipeline, and database accuracy.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team.
6. Targets management
- Conscientiously meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of assigned task with managing the reporting.
- Achieve monthly run-rate of given target of growth via support activities.
7. Training
- Attend and get certified for mandatory training sessions.

Statutory requirements
- The right to work in India
- Satisfactory completion of background and reference checks

Qualifications
- Master’s degree is a value addition
- Certification in marketing/communications (Desirable)
Experience and knowledge
- Experience coordinating events

- Experience handling and organising databases
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience in higher education or international education environments
