Job summary

Thought Machine Mediawork is seeking a confident, proactive Marketing Executive with extensive experience to manage client communications, lead generation, and new business opportunities. You will coordinate with the internal creative team to deliver proposals and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires handling briefs, presentations, and follow-ups across branding, advertising, digital marketing and related services, with travel as needed to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for the company's creative, branding, advertising, digital and marketing services.
• Communicate professionally with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs for the internal creative/design team.
• Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, credentials and service presentations.
• Conduct client meetings and confidently present creative concepts and proposed solutions.
• Generate new leads through networking, references, online research and direct outreach.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project execution.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and pitch documents.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential industries and clients for business development.
• Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

Thought Machine Mediawork (TMMW) is looking for a confident, proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 14 years of experience in marketing, client servicing or business development.

The candidate will be responsible for client communication, lead generation, presentations, follow-ups, understanding client requirements and coordinating with the internal creative team to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Should be comfortable meeting clients and developing professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as with a team.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
• Target-oriented with a strong interest in developing new business.
