Job summary

The Kaizen Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies for its products. You will develop content, manage social channels, and drive conversions across India.

You will collaborate on monthly calendars, run digital ads, and optimize SEO while coordinating PR and influencer activities to build client testimonials and case studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content (photos/videos) showcasing products
• Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendar
• Generate and nurture leads through website, email, and WhatsApp marketing
• Run and optimize digital ads (Google Ads, social media PPC)
• Handle SEO activities (keywords, backlinks, meta tags, traffic analysis)
• Maintain and update Google profile and website content
• Coordinate PR activities and influencer collaborations

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage external subscriptions and marketing tools
• Pitch to government departments and CSR opportunities across India
• Ensure website UX/UI improvements for better conversions
