Marketing Executive is the one who is responsible for Sourcing contacts, Conducting Research and Email Campaigns, Being the first Contact Point for setting up meetings with the decision maker and Actively involved in converting contacts to contracts.

TASKS & ACTIVITIES

• Data Sourcing and Management:
• Research Potential Brands from online sources (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Bark, Google search) and from offline networks of the decision maker of companies in the business of Multi-Chain stores (Jewellery, Electronics, Textiles), Real Estate and Developers, Hospitals and Clinics (Fertility clinic, Dermatologist, Dental, Cosmetic, Eye), FMCG (Dairy, Food manufacturers), Multi-Chain restaurants, Private Schools and Online Education Providers, E-Commerce, Business Consultants, Tourism and Fintech.
• Handling Inbound inquiries from directories like Justdial, and Indiamart, among others.
• Maintain the data collected in the organization's CRM.
• The first point of contact will happen through cold emails, SMS Marketing and Whatsapp marketing.
• With available research data, create personalized emails.
• Deliver USP as per the need of the client.
• Create the need for the client through push/pull.
• Conduct detailed research on the person of contact and the organization.

• Make the prospect understand the brand's current digital marketing usage
• Educate what could be done differently to help achieve their goals

• Fix up a sales meeting
• Arrange meeting clients with the sales team and prepare schedules with agenda for the same which has to be drafted as a mail and shared with the client.
• Transfer data to the sales team about the client clarifying needs, requirements, weak points and push/pull strategy applied.
• IMPLEMENT MARKETING CAMPAIGN
• Using Email marketing tools like Zoho Campaigns to run email campaigns for the contacts sourced.
• Monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns to understand their effectiveness and make adjustments as needed, and respond to all leads generated.
• REPORTING AND COORDINATION
• If online, attend the Sales meeting as the coordinator. Take MOM and draft emails to be sent after the meeting, marking it to the client as well as the Sales Team.
• Maintain the data in CRM and present the statistics to the leadership team routinely.
