VIMA is hiring a marketing generalist to shape brand and content, lead end-to-end campaigns, and drive growth using LinkedIn as the core B2B channel.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, an MBA in Marketing or related field, and strong writing and presentation skills. You will collaborate with sales and leadership, embrace AI tools, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–3 years of experience in a generalist marketing role spanning brand, content, digital and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel; other social channels are valuable but not substitutes.

• Shape brand & content direction to strengthen brand voice across channels, with LinkedIn as primary platform.
• Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution across digital, social, email, events and partnerships.
• Create high-quality content reflecting the brand voice for LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails, presentations and brochures.
• Drive digital & growth marketing including paid campaigns, SEO, performance marketing and lead generation, using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Partner with sales, operations and leadership to align marketing with business goals and coordinate with vendors/agencies.
• Track performance KPIs such as leads, engagement, campaign ROI and traffic; translate data into actionable insights.

Role & responsibilities:

• Shape brand & content direction - Define and strengthen VIMAs brand voice and thought leadership across channels, with LinkedIn as the primary platform for reach, credibility and engagement.
• Plan and lead campaigns - Take end-to-end ownership of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across digital, social, email, events and partnerships.
• Create high-quality content - Write and shape LinkedIn posts, blogs, emailers, presentations, brochures and website content that reflect VIMA's voice.
• Drive digital & growth marketing - Manage paid campaigns, SEO, performance marketing and lead-generation initiatives, and use AI tools to work faster and better.
• Partner across the business - Work closely with sales, operations and leadership to align marketing with business goals, and coordinate with external vendors/agencies where needed.
• Track performance & report - Monitor KPIs such as leads, engagement, campaign ROI and traffic, and turn the numbers into insight leadership can act on.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in a generalist marketing role spanning brand, content, digital and campaigns.
• Have an MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field; graduates with strong relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• Have hands-on experience using LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel; this is an essential requirement. Experience across other social channels is valuable, but not a substitute.
• Communicate exceptionally well, in writing and out loud, and can articulate the thinking behind an idea, not just the idea itself.
• Are full of ideas and comfortable pitching a point of view, not just executing someone else's brief.
• Are outcome-driven, with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal hand-holding.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment, with a strong bias for execution over excessive planning.
• Are comfortable using AI-powered marketing tools for content, research, productivity and campaign optimisation.
