Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign creatives across digital channels.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign creatives across digital, social media, email, CRM, performance marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Create static and lightweight animated assets for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Design creatives for feature announcements, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts that support campaign objectives.
• Create assets for the consumer app, including banners, promotional modules, and in-app campaigns.
• Adapt creatives across formats, platforms, and audience segments while maintaining quality.
• Iterate on creatives based on campaign performance, feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Ensure all assets align with Even's brand guidelines and remain visually consistent.

About The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to create compelling visual assets that bring the Even brand to life across campaigns, social media, digital channels, and our consumer app. You'll work closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams to develop creatives that are both visually engaging and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution and can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Design campaign creatives across digital, social media, email, CRM, performance marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Create static and lightweight animated assets for marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Iterate on creatives based on campaign performance, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure every marketing asset aligns with Even's brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across channels.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaign execution.

What You'll Need

• 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing or brand design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing campaign creatives across digital channels.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for social media, performance marketing, CRM, and digital campaigns.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance the quality and speed of execution, while bringing fresh ideas, creative problem-solving, and a strong personal design perspective to every project.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

• Experience designing for consumer tech or healthcare brands.
• Basic motion design skills using After Effects or similar tools.
• Illustration or custom graphic creation skills.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
