Job summary

CONSTELLI in Hyderabad seeks an MBA candidate in Marketing/Strategy to support the Founder's Office on marketing, brand and communications for a fast-growing defence electronics company.

You will own social media end to end, build collateral, support defence expos, maintain brand consistency, and assist with press notes and website content, while gaining exposure to strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate in Marketing/Strategy, based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
• Strong writing skills for technical content.
• Familiarity with Canva/design tools and social scheduling platforms.
• Genuine interest in defence, aerospace or deep tech; discretion with confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Own social media end to end — content calendar, drafting and scheduling posts, and coordinating with external agencies.
• Build collateral: product one-pagers, brochures, capability decks, event material.
• Support defence expos, conferences and industry events — pre-event promotion, on-ground coverage, follow-ups.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outbound material; manage the marketing asset library.
• Track competitor and industry messaging; flag trends worth responding to.
• Assist with press notes, award submissions, speaker profiles and website content.
• Basic reporting on reach, engagement and pipeline contribution.

Support the Founder's Office on marketing, brand and communications across a fast-growing defence electronics company. You'll work directly with the strategy team and get visibility into how a deep-tech defence firm positions itself with customers, government, industry bodies and investors.

What you'll do

• Own social media end to end — building the content calendar, drafting and scheduling posts, and coordinating with external agencies or freelancers where execution is outsourced
• Build collateral: product one-pagers, brochures, capability decks, event material
• Support defence expos, conferences and industry events — pre-event promotion, on-ground coverage, follow-ups
• Maintain brand consistency across all outbound material; manage the marketing asset library

What we're looking for

• MBA candidate (Marketing / Strategy preferred), based in or able to relocate to Hyderabad
• Strong writing instincts — able to make technical subject matter readable
• Comfortable with Canva/design tools and social scheduling platforms
• Genuine interest in defence, aerospace or deep tech; curiosity matters more than prior domain knowledge
• Ability to handle confidential material with discretion (defence-sector norms apply)
