Job description

As a Marketing Intern at PSYC Aerospace & Defence Industries, you'll play an active role in building our brand and expanding our digital presence. Working closely with the founding team, you'll help plan and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms, conduct market and competitor research, and support branding initiatives. You'll also collaborate with the design, product, and content teams while helping analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real startup experience while contributing to the growth of an innovative aerospace and defence technology company.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for students or recent graduates who are passionate about marketing, technology, innovation, and startups. Candidates from Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Commerce, or Engineering are encouraged to apply. We also welcome applicants from any academic background who possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset and proactive attitude toward learning and problem‑solving
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma, or AI‑powered productivity tools (added advantage, not required)
