Job summary

ClickBaby Photography in Hyderabad is seeking a Marketing & Client Experience Executive to lead our content and social media presence while supporting client follow-ups and bookings.

You will craft captions, posts, and reels in our warm brand voice, manage the content calendar, engage with followers, and assist with inquiries as needed. This role blends marketing with light client-facing duties; in person at the Financial District.

Qualifications

• Some experience or strong personal interest in content writing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Comfortable writing in a warm, personal, non-corporate tone (we’ll share examples of our style) - using AI tools to help draft and refine content is welcome.
• Working knowledge of Canva for basic graphics and post design.
• Active, hands-on familiarity with Instagram - posting, Stories, Reels, and current trends.
• Willingness to occasionally handle client conversations - this is not a pure content role, and client contact will come up regularly, not just as a rare emergency.
• Good organisational habits - you’ll be juggling a content calendar and client follow-ups.
• Long-term commitment preferred.

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and client-friendly Marketing & Client Experience Executive to lead our content and social media presence, while also supporting client follow-ups and bookings when needed.

Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media (Primary Focus)

• Write engaging captions, blog content, and promotional copy in our brand voice.
• Plan and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Script reels and short-form video content for shoots and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Coordinate with our editor for final video/reel production - you script and plan, they cut and polish.
• Keep our content calendar organised and consistent.

Client Support & Sales Backup

• Step in to manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads when our primary sales executive is unavailable.
• Support the booking process - enquiry, pricing, payment, confirmation - as needed.
• Send shoot reminders, share preparation guides, and answer basic client questions.
• Learn our CRM and booking flow well enough to cover follow-ups during absences.

Note on the role:

This is roughly 70% marketing/content, 30% client-facing sales support. If you’re only interested in content work and would rather not talk to clients at all, this role may not be the right fit - please only apply if you’re comfortable with both sides.

Work Location:

In person, Financial District, Hyderabad

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
