Job summary

FlexiLoans in Mumbai invites a motivated marketing intern to join our fast-growing digital lending platform. You will assist with campaign setup, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and paid channels while maintaining brand consistency.

You will help manage social calendar, engage with audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, and support cross-team projects with data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, scheduling, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and paid channels
• Maintain the social media calendar, schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, and track overall engagement
• Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages, escalating online reputation management (ORM) issues to the appropriate team member
• Execute branding activities for events, collaterals, and co-branding efforts while ensuring all assets strictly follow brand guidelines
• Coordinate with the data science team to extract, clean, and organize campaign and audience data, maintaining clear trackers and dashboards
• Support ongoing projects by tracking timelines, taking meeting notes, following up on action items, and coordinating across content, design, and performance marketing teams
• Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed
