Responsibilities

• Assisting in pre-sales activities, including client research and outreach
• Engaging with clients to understand their business problems and map SynaptyX AI solutions
• Supporting consultative sales cycles, proposals, and value articulation for Agentic AI-led use cases
• Crafting compelling pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and marketing content
• Helping shape AI strategy roadmaps, prioritised use case pipelines, and measurable ROI frameworks
• Collaborating across delivery, product, and marketing to enable end-to-end client success
• Creating client presentations, research briefs, and engagement collateral

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s in Business or MBA (tech know-how is a bonus)
• Fresh graduates (final-year students with AI internship experience may apply)
• Strong communication, creativity & content creation skills
• Interest in AI and enterprise tech solutions
• A “figure-out-able” mindset - you love learning, iterating, and thinking on your feet
