Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at FCF India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital outreach, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting lead-generation activities. The Marketing Associate will work with the communications and outreach team to design and execute marketing campaigns, develop content and collaterals, and support visibility efforts across digital and offline platforms. You will also contribute to audience research, reporting, and partnerships that ensure FCF India’s brand remains at the forefront of climate action storytelling and impact-driven communication.

Location

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, etc.).
• Assist in lead-generation activities including outreach, analytics tracking, and CRM data management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, and investor collaterals.
• Help maintain and update the website, landing pages, and blog posts with SEO-friendly content.
• Contribute to audience research and segmentation for targeted outreach strategies.
• Track performance metrics, analyse engagement trends, and support monthly marketing reports.
• Assist in organising brand activations, webinars, partnerships, and event participation.
• Stay updated with climate-tech, sustainability, and carbon market trends to inform content and campaign strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or brand outreach, preferably in sustainability, development, or social enterprise sectors.
• Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
• Experience with Canva and presentation design.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and basic web content management (e.g., WordPress).
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Interest in sustainability, climate innovation, or carbon markets.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
• Knowledge of paid media strategy and reporting.
• Video editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in event marketing and brand partnerships.
