Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in generating and following up on customer leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available real estate projects.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update lead status.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead‑conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handling of customer queries.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Perform other sales and marketing activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
