Job summary

Wipro is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support Marketing Analytics and Private Wealth functions. You will partner with global teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights across campaigns and channels.

The role involves dashboard development, data preparation, and automation, with strong emphasis on data quality and effective communication in English. Hybrid work model with in-office and WFH days is part of the arrangement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience supporting global teams in a global delivery model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with large datasets and data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across campaigns, events, digital channels, and audience programs.
• Dashboard & Data Source Development: Support Tableau, Sigma, and Snowflake reporting environments, including dashboards and ETL processes.
• Data Management & Operations: Support data preparation, cleaning, governance, and QA; manage UTM creation and A/B test setup.
• Presentation & Visual Materials: Create PowerPoint slides and visuals for internal updates and strategic presentations.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflows across teams.

Job Description

Seeking an accomplished candidate, who can support Marketing Analytics and Support functions for Private Wealth. This role will partner across centers of excellence and Private Wealth teams with responsibilities that include:

Responsibilities

• Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across campaigns, events, digital channels, and audience programs. Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and measure performance.
• Dashboard & Data Source Development: Support Tableau, Sigma, and Snowflake reporting environments, including creating and maintaining dashboards, data tables / ETL processes, and reporting repository upkeep.
• Data Management & Operations: Support data preparation, cleaning, validation, governance, and quality assurance. Own measurement set-up including UTM creation, A/B test set-up, and quality check Ad trafficking documents. Partner with internal teams on ingestion and management of marketing data more broadly.
• Presentation & Visual Materials: Assist in developing PowerPoint slides and visual graphics for internal updates and strategic presentations.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, analytics, and data workflows through automation, standardization, and scalable processes while partnering with global marketing, technology, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong attention to detail, data quality, and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly skilled in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge and proficiency across Tableau, Salesforce, Sigma and Snowflake
• Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis, reporting, and process automation preferred
