Job summary

FIFO International is seeking a Data Management and Analytics professional to manage, maintain and analyze business data across multiple systems, supporting sales, marketing and operations with high data quality and actionable insights.

You will develop reports and dashboards, perform data validation, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous process improvement using AI-powered productivity tools and BI solutions.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in Data Management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or Statistics.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations or Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, CRM tools, and BI tools is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to manage, maintain, and analyze business data to support sales, marketing, and business operations. The role is responsible for ensuring high data quality, maintaining master data, developing reports and dashboards, supporting business users, and providing analytical insights that enable effective business decision-making and continuous process improvement.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations or Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and other AI productivity tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, CRM tools, and Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
