Job description

ROLE

• – Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the relevant Operating Committees, Forums and Council to demonstrate compliance with the BCBS 239 framework
• – Conducting a periodic review of the governance framework
• – Preparing meeting packs, reviewing with meeting chair and distributing in advance of meetings, coordinating across multiple teams
• – Recording, documenting and distributing meeting minutes
• – Recording meeting actions, following up on progress and tracking status
• – Managing SharePoint sites to store meeting artefacts
• – Collating and managing artefacts to demonstrate compliance with the BCBS 239 framework
• – Tracking artefacts and associated ownership
• – Conducting annual self‑assessment, identifying gaps and remediation plans
• – Monitoring compliance dashboards for recurring non‑green breaches
• – Building out SharePoint management of artefacts
• – Coordinating with production support and central RDARR team to identify recurring issues and drive timely fixes
• – Liaising with regulators and oversight teams
• – Compiling and reporting compliance status to relevant meetings
• – Providing ad‑hoc reporting to support management requests
• – Assessing the current data framework
• – Liaising with stakeholders to fix gaps and implement a robust data management framework

REQUIREMENTS

• – University degree
• – Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services risk functions with data governance
• – Strong understanding of regulatory environment, frameworks and compliance requirements, especially BCBS 239
• – Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with global stakeholders
• – Ability to multi‑task and deliver under tight deadlines
• – Commitment to self‑development and growth
• – Proficiency with analysis and communication tools
• – Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows, and apply critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
