Job summary

Simforge seeks an Analyst to join the SimScene team to create, validate, and maintain high-quality digital maps for simulation and training of Physical AI use cases.

The role requires handling road networks, interpreting satellite imagery and LiDAR, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure map quality standards are met. Candidates should have GIS/engineering degrees and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Engineering/GIS and remote sensing.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret aerial imagery and geospatial datasets.
• Familiarity with road networks, transportation systems and map data structures.
• Knowledge of QGIS and ArcGIS tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of traffic signs, traffic signals, lane markings, and road rules.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain road network maps using mapping tools.
• Analyze and validate map data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Work on base map and navigation map creation projects.
• Interpret satellite imagery, aerial imagery, LiDAR data, and other geospatial datasets.
• Create and update road attributes, lane-level information, intersections, traffic controls, and navigation elements.
• Validate map features such as road geometry, speed limits, lane connectivity, traffic signs, and traffic signals.
• Perform quality checks and resolve map-related issues identified during internal reviews.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering teams to ensure map quality standards are met

Key Responsibilities
