Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional delivery of our etch and deposition products in the Global Products Group. You will own initiatives from initiation to release, blending technical excellence with strategic planning and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 10 years experience.
• 8+ years of technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.
• Experience in HW development, Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
• Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, Office Timeline, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical program management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of company’s products and services.
• Develop and present program plans to senior management, gain buy in and deliver results.
• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the program i.e. product/ solution release on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Monitors the program from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Manage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to drive to solutions and alignment (with program objective, product release and material cut-in strategies, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and effectivities)
• Assist in the definition and institutionalizing of new processes to improve effectiveness, leverage synergies and enable maturity of the organization.
• Be the change agent, driving process excellence, ownership of PDR process, responsiveness to dynamic business environment and leading by example.
