Job summary

Mercor seeks an experienced evaluator to join our remote team, covering engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations under a contract arrangement. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific rubrics, identify errors, and provide structured feedback, applying deep subject-matter expertise to raise model quality.

Fluency in English and strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Slides) are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Engineering / manufacturing / technical operations.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
