Qualifications

• In-process mechanical quality standards and procedures are followed during assembly stages.
• Mechanical quality checks are performed against approved drawings and specs.
• Ability to monitor tolerances and fitment standards during fabrication and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-process mechanical quality compliance during all assembly stages as per approved process flow and quality plans.
• Verify mechanical assemblies, structures, enclosures, busbars, and panel accessories against approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor fabrication and assembly operations for adherence to dimensional tolerances, fitment standards, and design requirements.
• Conduct and oversee mechanical inspections including dimensional verification, structural integrity checks, and IP protection compliance.
• Perform clearance and creepage inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Verify mechanical interlock systems for correct operation and safety compliance.
• Carry out torque verification at all mechanical joints and bolted connections.
• Oversee final quality verification and pre-packing/dispatch inspection.
