Forward is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee plant operations, drive KPI delivery and cost improvements. The role emphasizes SAP stabilization, implementation projects, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, quality and finance.

The candidate should lead larger teams, champion digital manufacturing initiatives, and deliver safe, efficient production with focus on productivity and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects and stabilization.
• Familiarity with end-to-end SAP lifecycle including UAT and go-live.

Responsabilités

• Complete plant operations and KPI delivery.
• Safety, quality, production, maintenance, inventory and cost management.
• Lead digital manufacturing initiatives and workforce leadership.
• Multi-functional coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.

• Production Planning

SAP:

• Knowledge of SAP implementation projects
• Business process documentation, mapping & requirement gathering
• UAT testing
• User training, go-live, & post implementation support

Carrier Trajectory:

Post successful completion of SAP implementation project (after 12-15 months), candidate will be absorbed back into business operations into following potential positions (indicative and not limited to)

Senior Manager position in Manufacturing with additional responsibilities such also

Managing larger manufacturing teams

Leading SAP stabilization and enhancement projects

Driving OEE, yield, productivity, and cost improvement

Multi-functional coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance

Operational leadership role responsible for
