Job summary

Birlasoft Limited seeks an Apriso MES Machine Integrator to connect shop-floor equipment, PLCs, and automation systems with the DELMIA Apriso MES. You will enable real-time data flow, production monitoring, and robust communication between manufacturing assets and enterprise applications.

You will design interfaces, configure ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle), ensure data collection and OEE tracking, and contribute to MES deployment, upgrades, testing, and validation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with DELMIA Apriso MES integration.
• Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA integration in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols and data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES.
• Configure communication between PLCs, SCADA, machines, and Apriso apps.
• Develop interfaces using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SOAP, TCP/IP, and industrial protocols.
• Integrate Apriso with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Configure data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime, and quality processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across MES, automation, network, and database layers.
• Participate in MES deployment, upgrades, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Ensure GMP/GxP, FDA, ISO, and cybersecurity compliance where applicable.

The role focuses on real-time machine connectivity, data collection, production monitoring, and ensuring seamless communication between manufacturing equipment and business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES.
• Configure and support communication between PLCs, SCADA systems, machines, and Apriso applications.
• Develop interfaces using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SOAP, TCP/IP, and industrial protocols.
